Workflow Redesign
Experience in the development of improved workflow using staff trained in Six Sigma to do time studies and recommend improved flow. Includes training staff to work at the top of their license, taking the strain off of the physicians and improving their productivity
Medical Office Development
Expertise in identifying strategically placed new offices, working with designers, and implementation. Recruitment and hiring of physicians. Identifying and negotiating with established practitioners to incorporate them into an existing systems.
Quality of Care
Have developed and implemented Clinical Practice Guidelines especially centered on Hyperlipidemia, Hypertension and Diabetes using all new national guideline recommendations. Use expert opinion to review national recommendations making sure that any guideline meets community norms and is medico legally reviewed.
